If you cancel a reading or package session no less than 24 hours before the session, a transfer will be considered at the first cancellation. All readings and package sessions booked within 24 hours of the date are non-refundable and non-transferable.
If you cancel a class or workshop no less than 14 days before the event date, a one-time transfer will be considered within the same calendar year (only if the class or workshop is available at a later date). All classes or workshops signed up for within 14 days of the date are non-refundable and non-transferable.
